Responsibilities
Define project/program scope, partner with engineering leadership to build detailed execution plans, and own end-to-end program delivery—including scheduling, risk management, status reporting, and quality assurance
Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to elicit requirements, clarify objectives, and translate strategic goals into actionable plans
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineering, operations, finance, and product management teams across geographies
Proactively identify roadblocks, negotiate priorities, and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track
Prepare and deliver regular updates, executive communications, and detailed program artifacts, keeping stakeholders informed at all levels
Measure and report on program success metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and champion operational excellence initiatives
Use your strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen to support informed decision-making, balancing technical, operational, and business objectives
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in program management best practices, including Agile and traditional methodologies
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience as hands-on technical program manager; preferably in a related industry
Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Technology Management, Business Management, Project Management or similar
Advanced knowledge of the SDLC using agile methodologies and associated tooling
Experience efficiently and effectively communicating findings/progress to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and the broader organizations, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, and ambiguous environment
Preferred
10+ years of program/project management, product design or related experience
Master's degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Technology Management, Business Management, Project Management or similar
Thorough understanding of public cloud infrastructure services, such as Compute, Storage, Identity and Networking
Demonstrated knowledge of AWS, Azure or Google IaaS, SaaS and PaaS services

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
