Responsibilities
B2B Partnership Development: Lead high-level sales conversations with B2B customers, moving them from initial interest to qualified partnership
Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and engage the "right" decision-makers within target organizations; You aren't just following leads-you're finding them
Strategic Diagnosis: Conduct deep-dive "discovery" calls to diagnose the specific needs of various professional ecosystems and map them to our AI Learning Lab offerings
Internal Collaboration: Partner with marketing analysts and internal sales reps across the organization and Empower brands to identify cross-sell opportunities and optimize the B2B sales funnel
Sales-to-Learning Translation: Act as a bridge between client needs and the Director of AI Learning, ensuring our educational products stay aligned with market demand
Qualification
Required
15-20 years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally having held titles such as Regional Director or VP of Sales
A strong background in continuing education, professional learning, or technical training; Experience with AI-first learning environments is a significant advantage
You are as comfortable building a cold-outreach strategy as you are conducting a nuanced, 1-hour diagnostic consultation with a C-suite executive
Ability to work effectively with data and marketing analysts to refine targeting strategies across diverse professional sectors
You are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is motivated by a 'base + commission' structure that rewards high-impact results
Exceptional presence and 'executive-level' communication skills; You can command a room (or a Zoom) and build instant credibility
