Responsibilities

Conduct inspections of the property and mechanical equipment to identify any repair needs and ensure The Inn is running efficiently and safely for guests
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and work with 3rd party vendors and Inn leadership to outsource repairs, as appropriate
Perform preventive maintenance activities throughout the property on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other maintenance systems to ensure the safety, security and comfort of guests
Respond to work orders from guests and associates
Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to determine hotel maintenance project needs

Required

High School Diploma
Minimum 1 year of related work experience
Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings
Ability to effectively identify, analyze, and resolve problems
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds as needed
Must possess a valid driver's license
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
