Sales Operations Associate

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines to support CRM, ERP, and sales analytics systems
Collaborate with Sales Operations Executive to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration in sales and customer operations
Develop scripts, APIs, and backend workflows to automate routine sales processes (quotations, order processing, reporting)
Act as the human-in-the-loop for AI-driven workflows, validating outputs, improving model feedback, and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate, validated data in CRM and ERP systems to ensure product traceability and compliance in medical device sales
Generate advanced dashboards and predictive analytics to support sales forecasting and strategic planning
Provide technical and operational support for field sales teams to ensure seamless adoption of AI-powered tools
Assist in regulatory and audit processes where AI-driven sales records intersect with compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field
2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business systems, or data engineering (medical device or pharma industry preferred)
Hands-on experience with backend development (Python, SQL, or similar languages)
Familiarity with CRM (Hubspot), ERP systems, and API integrations
Understanding of AI/ML workflows, automation tools, and data pipelines
Knowledge of ISO 13485 requirements for sales/customer management data
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance compliance, technical rigor, and commercial impact
Self-starter who has the ability to work autonomously, under pressure and to tight timelines
Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
High level of interpersonal skills and able to build and maintain strong relationships (internal and external) to ensure business needs and timelines are met
Effective verbal and written communication
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Preferred
Comfortable operating in a startup environment with evolving processes and wearing multiple hats
