Experience in Agile Project Management
Experience in leading large scale projects using SCRUM
Track record of implementing industry best development techniques in different work cultures and environments
Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities
Qualification
Required
6+ years of hand-on experience as Agile SCRUM Master and/or Agile Product Owner
Must be product management focused (6-8 years with product management works)
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Experience in Agile Project Management
Experience in leading large scale projects using SCRUM
4 years Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar domain
Track record of implementing industry best development techniques in different work cultures and environments
Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities
Certification in SCRUM, like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified SAFe Agilist (SA), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) etc
Preferred
Experience with Quality Management System building and/or maintenance
Experience in in-house tool development using Agile SCRUM methodology
Software development and/or software testing experience
Experience in Software Process Quality Assurance
