Day-to-day agency operations, performance, and accountability
Leadership, coaching, and development of sales and service staff
Carrier relationships, contracts, compliance, and E&O oversight
Operational systems, workflows, and process improvement
Support of sales growth, retention, and profitability initiatives
Multi-line insurance operations across personal and commercial lines
Qualification
Required
Active Florida 2-20 license
5+ years of experience in insurance leadership, agency management, or operations
Proven experience leading teams and driving results
Multi-line insurance experience (P&C required; Life/Health a plus)
Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
Preferred
Former agency owner, field leader, or operations director
2-15 license or willingness to obtain (reimbursement available)
Sales leadership or territory management experience
Experience with agency management systems (Applied EPIC or similar)
Benefits
$20,000 guaranteed first-year bonus
