The role involves supporting the development and deployment of automated solutions to streamline finance processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business performance.

Responsibilities
Process analysis and redesign
Analyze current manual processes
Redesign processes to be completed with automation tools
Ensure process meets business needs
Develop and deploy automation solutions to replace the manual processes
End user training and support
Train business users on the new automation solution
Provide ongoing support for deployed solutions
Periodic testing of existing processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of the results
Process documentation
Build both technical and user-friendly documentation for new and existing projects
Stakeholder collaboration
Partner with finance teams to identify automation opportunities
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Strong curiosity and investigative skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Power Point, and Power Pivot
Familiarity with SQL
Familiarity with Python and its data related libraries
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, information systems, accounting, finance, or related field required
5+ years of relevant experience
Preferred
Familiarity with other general-purpose languages such as JavaScript, C++
Familiarity with data processing tools such as Alteryx, Power Query, or similar
Working knowledge of other data processing and visualization tools such as Cognos Analytics, Tableau, SAS, or Power BI
Working knowledge of data transfer protocols and data structures
Alteryx Designer Core and Alteryx Designer Advanced certifications a plus
Master's degree holders may be considered with less experience
