Responsibilities

Electrical components knowledges
Types of power and signal connectors
Basic knowledge of Electronics ( Analog and digital circuits)

Able to read and understand electric circuits
Proven experience in robotics , motion control , and automation systems within the semiconductor or high-tech industry
Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar)
Proficiency in GUI development (e.g., C#, Python, LabVIEW, or similar tools)
Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, and motor control systems
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC-UA)
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Electrical Design: Cable harnessing, wire routing, connector selection, grounding, shielding, safety interlocks
Schematics & CAD: Pro‑E/Creo for schematics and harness drawings; familiarity with ECAD–MCAD collaboration
PLM & PDM: Agile PLM and Windchill for change control, releases, and configuration management
Change Processes: Hands-on with ECO, ECN, VPR, QN workflows
Documentation: Strong drawing reading, redlining, revision control, and release practices
Proven track record of resolving build issues quickly and permanently
Clear, concise communication with shopfloor teams and engineering stakeholders
As a technical writer , the engineer will be responsible to create Work Instruction Documents for Installation/Removal and Assembly/Disassembly, etc. activities for the unmanned aerial system, sub-system, incorporating step wise process instructions with illustrations/pictures for each activity/task
Experience in Assembly and Disassembly or Installation and Removal processes of aerospace components (Unmanned Aerial System)
Experience in working at aerospace manufacturing shop floor (Able to work in factory environment)
Well versed with manufacturing test setups procedures
Ability to interact with cross functional teams within the manufacturing unit, liaise with Aerovel shop personnel, technicians, SME, other stakeholders and gather inputs
Ability to perform input/impact analysis for adequacy, perform self-review of the manual/documents
Experience in writing work instructions and training documents for aerospace components using MS office tools as per OEM requirements
Proficiency in MS word and usage of Styles and, prepare the style guide as per OEM requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, often in cross-functional teams
Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
Experience in Supplier Quality audits & supplier qualification
Experience in interacting with Global vendors & doing site visits across US
Experience in drafting Incoming Inspection procedures
First Article Inspection & Qualification
Good experience in Test method development & Test Method validation
Good knowledge in Statistics / Minitab
Experience in conducting Supplier Performance reviews
Experience in addressing SCAR
