Responsibilities
Creating multiplatform content and publishing across internal enterprise digital channels
Collaborating with team members from across corporate communications to help execute editorial and channel strategy
Supporting publishing intranet content via content management system and distributing mass emails via Poppulo
Monitoring shared mailboxes and facilitating responses
Presenting ideas and plans to boost engagement with the audience
Monitoring metrics to gauge the effectiveness of existing and new tactics
Providing regular hands-on and backup support on digital platforms and effectively using internal digital tools to achieve specific business outcomes
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional experience that includes writing and working in a complex business environment
Experience managing and facilitating content creation with a diverse group of collaborators
Understands digital platforms and how they enhance content
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Advanced knowledge of HTML and experience with popular content management systems
Working knowledge of Poppulo, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite
Understanding of internal communications best practices
Copy editing skills using AP Style
