Senior Director, Total Rewards
HD Supply is seeking a Senior Director of Total Rewards to direct the planning, operations, and management of organizational compensation and benefits programs. The role involves leading the Compensation and Benefits teams to design and implement programs that attract and retain associates while aligning with the organization’s total rewards strategy.

Responsibilities
Develops and executes a total rewards strategy that aligns compensation and benefits programs with business objectives
Partners with senior leadership to ensure programs support talent attraction, retention, and engagement
Oversees the design, administration, and compliance of all compensation and benefits programs
Leads mergers and acquisitions due diligence and integration activities related to total rewards
Analyzes market trends and benchmarking data to maintain competitive and cost-effective programs
Directs communication strategies to enhance understanding and engagement with total rewards offerings
Guides and develops the Compensation and Benefits Directors and their teams to achieve operational excellence
Collaborates with HR and business leaders to integrate total rewards with performance, career, and workforce planning initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field
9+ years of experience leading both compensation and benefits functions, including strategy, program design, compliance, and administration
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations impacting total rewards programs, including FLSA, ERISA, ACA, and Internal Revenue Code
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
Generally 9+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management/supervisory capacity
