Regional Parts Sales Manager - Ditch Witch
The Toro Company, through its Ditch Witch division, is a leading manufacturer in the underground pipe and cable market. The Regional Parts Sales Manager will support parts business growth within assigned territories by collaborating with dealerships, setting sales goals, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement best practices with consideration of the individual needs at each dealership
Build and support strong relationships with the dealer principal and others within the dealership organization
Through frequent travel, gain a deep understanding for the parts needs of the dealership and retail customers in the area
Set annual parts goals for each dealership with input from dealer personnel and the Regional Sales Manager
Learn about the competition to aid in developing and implementing programs at the dealership to overcome obstacles
Have a basic understanding of all part offerings (HDD Tooling, Drill Pipe, Chain/Teeth/Sprockets, and Service Parts). Utilize this information to maximize sales within the territories through training, promotions, marketing, programs and customer support
Work with Regional Sales Managers to identify areas for increased efficiencies, focus, and opportunities
Work with the Training Department and Product Definition to develop and present educational sessions at conferences, Parts Pro Schools, or other events as needed
Actively participate and share information within sales meetings, product meetings, and manufacturing meetings
Gather product, market, and customer intelligence from the territory and communicate such with appropriate functions/personnel
Implement strategies to grow parts business for assigned territories
Seek guidance and direction as needed from other Parts Sales Division team members on dealer specific growth plans
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, related field, or HS Diploma/Associates with equivalent experience
Experience: Level I: 3–5 years, Level II: 5+ years - in aftermarket/parts, channel sales, dealership operations, or closely related commercial role (enough to independently execute dealer growth plans and manage programs)
Experience implementing strategic business plans or comprehensive sales programs
Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Ability to make effective presentations in both individual and group settings
Ability to develop and adhere to a budget
Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, and PowerPoint)
Ability to work in cross functional environments as well as independently without direct supervision
Demonstrate strong motivation, high productivity, reliability, attention to detail, ability to learn new skills, and cooperative personality
Have a current vehicle operator's license
