Project Control & Coordination Associate
TLDI is a highly specialized beach resort development firm that provides Project Management services for world-class hospitality projects in the Caribbean. They are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support multiple hospitality development and construction projects.
Responsibilities
Prepare professional reports, dashboards, and project documentation
Track deliverables, deadlines, and action items
Build and manage Excel-based budgets, cost trackers, and schedules
Support cost control and basic financial analysis
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Background in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering (education or experience)
Strong Excel skills
Excellent organization and follow-up
Ability to produce clear, structured reports
Bilingual: English & Spanish required
Must be able to work on-site in Pembroke Pines, FL
Preferred
Experience in project controls, budgeting, or development environments
