Randstad is a leader in staffing and workforce solutions, and they are seeking a Trade Support Analyst to play a critical role in protecting the firm and clients from financial and regulatory exposure. The analyst will be responsible for end-to-end processing of Buy-In notices and executions, coordinating complex trade resolutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Interact via email and phone with brokers, trade support teams, trading desks, branch offices, Financing and Clearing, clients, and other internal Operation areas
Complete daily processing tasks including mitigation of firm risk
Send out Buy In notices to brokers, clients, and traders via DTC SmartTracks application
Adhere to FINRA, SEC and other Regulatory Buy In rules
