Responsibilities

Empower and coach a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, empowerment, and continuous learning
Drive growth through activities that not only meet performance goals but expand what’s possible for clients and the branch. You will be responsible for attracting new businesses which includes recognizing opportunities for cross-selling and developing Associates to maximize selling and service skills
Partner with wealth advisors, trust officers, and private banking teams to deliver seamless integrated solutions that honor clients’ long-term aspirations
See beyond transactions to create moments of clarity and confidence for every client
Represent the branch in the local market, building relationships and driving brand awareness through events and outreach
Champion operational efficiency and compliance to drive sustainable branch success. Lead initiatives that strengthen administrative controls, ensure regulatory adherence, and optimize budgeting for profitability

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail banking or financial services
Minimum 10 years of management experience in a retail banking environment or wealth management sales industry
Strong understanding of financial fundamentals, including computation of interest and monthly payments
In-depth knowledge of teller operations and processing
Proven experience in branch operations, including procedures, policies, controls, and regulatory compliance, along with a track record in business development and relationship management
Comprehensive knowledge of deposit products, retail and business loans, trust and estate planning, and wealth management solutions
Exceptional leadership and coaching capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
Proficiency in technology and demonstrated digital expertise to enhance client and team experiences
