Senior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives
Provide guidance on talent management, employee engagement, and performance management
Analyze workforce metrics and trends to inform decision-making and recommend solutions
Collaborate with HR centers of expertise (e.g., Operations, Total Rewards, Talent and Org Development) to implement programs and initiatives
Lead complex employee relations investigations and resolution strategies
Coach and develop managers by offering candid, actionable feedback to help managers build leadership skills across their teams
Support and participate in recruitment activities, including interviewing, assessing candidates, and advising on selection to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes
Provide guidance on and partner with Talent COE on business unit restructures, org design, change management, workforce planning, and succession planning
Interpret and apply HR policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Partner with compensation and benefits teams in administering and evaluating our rewards programs, and ensuring employees are familiar with our offerings
Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations on sales compensation planning and design

Required

Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner
Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders at all levels
Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, talent management, and organizational development
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Deep knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting compensation, benefits, and equity

Preferred

Master's or HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
Experience with HRIS, payroll, and equity administration systems preferred
