Responsibilities
Develops a full understanding of the customer’s business, challenges, and requirements
Confers with customers/end-users on the solution objectives, acting as a trusted advisor
Develops the project plan, determining the key milestones, tasks, time frame and resources required to deliver a total solution to the client
Directs and coordinates activities of internal and external resources to ensure the project progresses on schedule, within budget, and within prescribed standards
Collaborates with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, effectively delivering a complete solution to the customer
Identifies, documents, and communicates risks, issues, and overall implementation status to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner
Tracks, follows-up on, and supports all requests through to completion, advising all involved parties with a request is complete
Seeks to identify improvement opportunities for process, execution, delivery, and communication, implementing such improvements whenever possible
Understands and follows internal implementation processes
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding problem solving abilities
Ability to effectively coach and influence others without direct supervision
Ability and desire to mentor junior team members
Ability to learn new systems, processes, and tools quickly and thoroughly
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the role and determined by management

Preferred
BA/BS degree strongly preferred, will consider comparable work experience
6-8 years of relevant experience is preferred
