Responsibilities
Working with cross-functional technical partners to clarify feature goals, requirements and priorities
Ensuring Business Unit and game needs are clearly captured, aligned, and reflected in feature definitions
Identifying and communicating risks, constraints, dependencies, and scope changes early and clearly
Partnering with Production to keep work progressing and aligned with intended outcomes
Maintaining clear, shared understanding of feature intent, decisions, and tradeoffs
Be the go-to partner for central technology teams on Business Unit needs and feature definition
Help translate business goals into clear, actionable product direction
Triage and communicate changes to scope, cost, timelines, or feasibility
Support alignment between business priorities and technical execution
Tracking competitive features, emerging approaches, and industry trends related to your feature areas
Developing concise analysis, recommendations, and tradeoffs Partnering with Product and Marketing to assess relevance, impact, and fit
Sharing insights with leadership to support informed decision-making
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience as a Product Manager
Experience in technical product definition and feature orchestration
Ability to work with cross-functional technical partners
Strong communication skills to clarify feature goals, requirements, and priorities
Experience in identifying and communicating risks, constraints, dependencies, and scope changes
Ability to partner with Production to keep work progressing
Experience in maintaining a clear understanding of feature intent, decisions, and tradeoffs
Ability to translate business goals into clear, actionable product direction
Experience in triaging and communicating changes to scope, cost, timelines, or feasibility
Ability to support alignment between business priorities and technical execution
Experience in tracking competitive features and industry trends
Ability to develop concise analysis, recommendations, and tradeoffs
