Responsibilities
Support and execute Health Link’s sales and marketing strategy
Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, clinics, SNFs, senior living communities, and other referral partners
Conduct ride-alongs with team members to respect existing relationships while developing your own
Schedule meetings, conduct in-person visits, and manage consistent follow-up
Collaborate closely with intake and clinical teams to coordinate referrals
Represent Health Link at community events and networking opportunities
Track and manage an individual budget and related expenses
Maintain excellent responsiveness, calendar management, and CRM documentation
