Required

Ability and/or willingness to use our product
Global TR & Equity Experience: You have a proven track record (5+ years) in a Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits role within a multi-country, fast-paced environment. You have also successfully executed complex annual merit, bonus, and benchmarking cycles at scale, demonstrating high attention to detail and project management skills
Global & US Benefits Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of benefits administration and compliance. You are comfortable navigating the nuances of US-based plans (ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA) while managing the variety of statutory requirements and supplementary plans found in EMEA (Germany, UK, Ireland, Netherlands as a focus) and APAC (Singapore & Australia as a focus)
Proactive Problem Solver: You don't wait for a bug to be reported; you see a manual process and find a way to automate or 'tidy' it. You are eager to work in an asynchronous, remote-first and proactive culture (this can mean recording a video to move a project forward for stakeholders across time zones)
Analytical Rigor: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are a must, but your real strength is your ability to interpret data and present solutions that balance data with human impact
Empathetic Communication Excellence: You can write a TL;DR that a busy employee loves, but you prioritize making rewards and equity information accessible, supportive, and meaningful for all employees
System Savvy: Experience with modern HRIS (like HiBob) and equity platforms (like Ledgy) is highly preferred
Annual Cycle Execution
Vendor & Broker Partnership: Experience managing and holding international benefit brokers and service providers (like Sequoia) accountable to ensure high-quality service delivery

Experience with VSOP or similar equity schemes is highly valued
Experience coordinating global benefit offerings with local vendors would be highly valued

Benefits

Remote & Flexible: Work from anywhere with the setup that suits you, home office budget, co-working space support, and flexible time off to recharge when you need it.
In Person Connection: We invest in meaningful face time through our Annual Kickoff (Vienna in 2025, Madrid in 2026!), team offsites, and Camundi Connection Budgets, including contributing to meetups while travelling,, and local gatherings with fellow Camundi.
Health & Wellbeing: Access locally tailored healthcare, Modern Health for global mental wellbeing, and an annual fitness reimbursement.
