Workday Adaptive Planning Administrator
WDJobs is a Global SaaS firm focused on financial planning transformation through Workday Adaptive Planning. They are seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Administrator to oversee the implementation and optimization of the Adaptive Planning platform, including administration, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities
Serve as the administrator for Adaptive Planning, including configuring, maintenance, data loads and integrations
Build and maintain custom matrix reports, Office Connect reports and dashboards with the ability to create custom calculated fields
Partner with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into meaningful technical requirements
Oversee Workday’s biannual feature releases
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or Business Systems Analyst (BSA), with a strong track record of translating business requirements into clear, actionable technical deliverables
Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing test plans, supported by concrete examples of effective problem-solving and delivery in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Recent, hands-on experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership
Proactive and solution-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive them through to successful execution
