Responsibilities
Constructing and maintaining data tables, structures, and files while ensuring data integrity and adherence to governance standards
Managing internally developed databases and ensuring compliance with data security guidelines
Analyzing complex workforce data to identify trends and insights
Creating specifications for reports and visualizations to meet business needs, presenting findings to stakeholders effectively
Developing and implementing strategies to optimize workforce performance
Supporting processes related to stakeholder collaboration, compliance, project management, and/or training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
2+ years of related experience
Certification is required in some areas
