This role involves leading the development, deployment, and promotion of ground screw foundation systems while collaborating with sales and leadership teams to bring solutions to market.

Responsibilities

Serve as the company’s technical authority on ground screw foundation systems
Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client engagements, proposals, and presentations
Lead the development of engineering standards, design tools, and installation guidelines
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to support project planning and sales
Design and validate custom foundation solutions for diverse applications
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Build and eventually lead a high-performing engineering team as the company grows

Qualification

PE licenseCivil EngineeringStructural EngineeringGeotechnical EngineeringFoundation DesignCross-functional collaboration

Required

Active PE (Professional Engineer) license in the U.S
Degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering
5+ years of experience in foundation design, geotechnical systems, or construction engineering
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and field teams
