Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support for end users, including desktop, laptop, and peripheral troubleshooting
Install, configure, and upgrade software applications and operating systems
Diagnose and repair hardware issues on workstations and laptops
Support Microsoft Office Suite and other business-critical applications
Perform spyware and virus removal, ensuring secure endpoint environments
Assist with basic networking troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
Manage and maintain user accounts through Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange Lite
Document issues, resolutions, and procedures using ticketing systems
Collaborate with IT team members to maintain and optimize system performance
Qualification
Required
Strong troubleshooting expertise with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
Experience installing and updating applications and software packages
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing desktop/laptop hardware issues
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with spyware/virus detection and removal tools
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS)
Hands-on experience with Active Directory user administration
Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration
Hands-on experience with Exchange Lite (basic mailbox management)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work onsite in Bloomington, MN 4 days per week
Preferred
1–3 years of desktop or helpdesk support experience preferred
