Responsibilities
Establish and manage a centralized documentation platform, including backend and frontend configuration and maintenance
Convert existing documentation from various formats into Markdown and upload to the platform while troubleshooting formatting issues
Review and audit existing process documentation across multiple sources to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and outdated information
Conduct meetings with subject matter experts to validate current processes and gather missing details
Develop and implement standardized documentation templates aligned with industry best practices
Draft, update, and refine process steps, visuals, and guidance to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure documentation reflects the latest process improvements
Manage multiple workstreams including tooling selection, template development, current state assessment, future state definition, and gap analysis
Deliver project milestones on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards
Present findings and recommendations to project sponsors and steering committees
Apply version control, metadata tagging, and process visualization techniques to enhance documentation accessibility
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of project management experience with demonstrated ability to deliver multiple workstreams on schedule
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with documentation tools and platforms, particularly Markdown
At least 3 years of experience documenting complex, end-to-end business processes in launch, operations, or product environments
Proven track record managing timelines and stakeholder feedback loops across cross-functional teams
Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform systems environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field required
Project Management Professional or Project Management Institute certification required
Advanced proficiency in documentation platforms and Markdown formatting
Expertise in version control systems, metadata tagging, and process visualization tools such as Visio
Strong knowledge management and taxonomy design capabilities
Ability to consolidate fragmented information from multiple sources into standardized formats
Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying process gaps and inconsistencies
Preferred
MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
