Responsibilities
Ensure that patrons have proper tickets or credentials for access to premium spaces
Effectively and efficiently handle patrons’ concerns as they arise
Enhance guests' game day experience
Demonstrate understanding of policies and procedures within premium space(s)
Ensure a safe and clean environment for all guests
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
HS Diploma or GED
Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check
Be able to stand for long periods of time (outside, possibly in the elements)
Must have reliable transportation and be available to work on weekends
Strong customer service skills
Preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred
FOR SECURITY POSITIONS: Have a current unarmed security license or be willing to go through the process to receive one
