Demand the Limits Personal Injury Attorneys is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with medical malpractice experience to join their team. The role involves client interaction, legal documentation, medical record management, case preparation, scheduling, and collaboration with the legal team.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction : Meet with clients both in-person and over the phone, ensuring clear communication and providing a high level of customer care
Legal Documentation : Handle electronic filing with the Court, draft and file complaints, discovery requests, motions, and other legal documents
Medical Record Management : Regularly gather, review, and update medical records, bills, and other relevant documents from medical providers and third-party processing sites
Case Preparation : Manage all aspects of case prep, including creating detailed Excel itemizations of medical bills and gathering vital case information (police reports, death certificates, EMS reports, etc.)
Scheduling : Coordinate mediation, depositions, hearings, and related legal proceedings while ensuring all documents are prepared for successful outcomes
Collaboration : Work closely with our legal team to ensure smooth case progression and support on litigation tasks

Required

A minimum of 3+ years of experience handling medical malpractice litigation cases within the Personal Injury space
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, FileVine, Dropbox, and Adobe
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Ability to commute to Boca Raton, FL 33431

Preferred

Familiarity with legal tech tools is a plus!
