Responsibilities

Lead corporate FP&A, including annual budgets, long range planning, rolling forecasts, and monthly performance reviews
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership
Build and enhance financial models, reporting frameworks
Partner with Operations Finance and business units to analyze performance, assess risks, and identify improvement opportunities
Support board level and investor related reporting
Oversee capital planning, allocation, treasury, and risk management activities
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and analytics
Develop and mentor a high performing FP&A team
15% travel is required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
12+ years of progressive FP&A leadership, ideally in a multi location or distribution-focused environment
Proven success leading corporate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Executive presence with strong cross functional communication skills
Strong business leadership and strategic thinking
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
Strong resource management and organizational skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on performance, cost discipline, and growth
Experience implementing or optimizing FP&A tools and ERP systems
Strong technical accounting and financial systems skills
Proficiency with MS Office
Experience driving process and technology improvements
