Responsibilities
Support attorneys throughout yacht purchase and sale transactions, including documentation, tracking, and closing coordination
Draft, organize, and maintain transactional document indexes and closing sets
Coordinate files across multiple transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Assist with corporate transactional matters as needed
Provide secondary support for litigation tasks, including deposition preparation and file organization
Collaborate closely with a team of attorneys across maritime and corporate practices
Qualification
Required
Strong background in transactional support; corporate experience strongly preferred
Experience managing and organizing complex transaction documents
Exceptional attention to detail and proficient in document organization, communication, and time management
Preferred
1–5 years of paralegal experience preferred
Maritime or yacht transaction experience a plus but not required
