People Operations - Senior Recruiter

Pellera Technologies is seeking a People Operations Senior Recruiter to play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent to support the organization's growth. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and managing the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with the People Operations team to create job descriptions, define candidate profiles, and establish sourcing channels
Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Proactively identify passive candidates and engage them through targeted outreach and networking activities
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Administer assessments and coordinate technical evaluations as needed
Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance. Facilitate offer discussions with candidates, including compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment. Collaborate with hiring managers and the People Operations team to prepare and present compelling offers. Manage candidate expectations and address any concerns or objections to facilitate offer acceptance. Ordinate interviews, travel arrangements, and logistics to ensure a seamless candidate experience

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a VAR that is fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage the recruitment process
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
