Responsibilities
Partner with senior technical leadership to define priorities, sequencing, and long-term platform direction
Define high-level goals into well-scoped programs with clear ownership, success metrics, and risk management
Influence architectural and tooling decisions to promote coherence across the technology landscape
Coordinate execution across multiple teams, systems, and dependencies
Review technical plans and system designs to ensure scalability, reliability, and operational soundness
Surface risks and integration challenges early, establishing governance and execution standards to support consistent delivery
Align engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders around shared objectives
Evaluate progress based on system outcomes and organizational impact
Qualification
Required
Significant experience in technical leadership roles within software, platform, or systems-oriented environments
Proven ownership of complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple systems or domains
Ability to guide technical direction without requiring direct authority over all implementation decisions
Comfort operating as a generalist across technical and operational problem spaces
Experience working with enterprise-scale systems and integrations
