Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to create and/or improve technology products to elevate the team member experience or internal operations
Prioritize opportunities based on data and evidence gathered from varying parts of the business
Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, clarify ambiguities, and drive consensus among stakeholders
Translate requirements, functional and technical, into clear and actionable user stories, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and roadmap
Effectively communicate requirements and insights to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and understanding across all stakeholders
Lead and manage the development of technology products, through entire product life cycle, from roadmaps to end-of-life and deprecation
Work closely with other product managers in this domain to ensure alignment in strategy
Work closely with delivery partners, actively participating in scrum ceremonies such as stand-up, continuous planning, demo, and retro
Lead the management of product backlogs and boards in JIRA from intake to delivery
Own the user-experience for all services within your domain
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
4+ years of experience of product management practices, Agile methodologies, and test-driven development experience
Demonstrated thought leadership in solving customer-facing digital experience opportunities
Demonstrated experience collaborating with both business and IT to accomplish project objectives
Experience in designing, implementing, and managing custom software solutions with complex API integrations
Experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence as well as agile delivery principles
A proven track record of driving digital innovation and delivering outperformance to stated business goals
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing enterprise-level products in a global environment
Knowledge of the range of activities related to the product development lifecycle
Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant-facing technology, understanding of restaurant team member perspectives, expertise in user experience, and proficiency in design frameworks and processes
Strong analytical skills and an ability to lead data-driven discussions
Equipped with digital technical fluency
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong project/workflow management, prioritization, and negotiating skills
Passion for the restaurant industry
Self-starter
Ability to translate data-driven insights, business intent, customer needs, and/or technical direction into clear, concise, well-documented product requirements
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver results
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Certification in Product Management is highly desirable
