Hire, train, develop, supervise, evaluate the Business Manager Supervisor and Business Manager Assistant teams
Ensure all Customer and Client requirements and targets are executed toward delivering Customer and Client satisfaction
Preform all responsibilities of a Business Manager Supervisor
Support of the Acosta Solutions team for company driven initiatives
Responsible for the Calibration of the Performance Management Review Process across multiple teams
Conduct regular team meetings and provide timely communication to the Business Manager Supervisor and Business Manager Assistants
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
2 years prior supervisory experience in business process solutions with a food manufacturer is required
Strong communication skills internally and externally
Motivated self-starter and problem solver
Efficient and effective use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office
Must be able to represent the company in a professional manner
Detail oriented
Adhere to assigned deadlines
Ability to manage, mentor and train a highly efficient Business Manager Assistant team

2 years prior food brokerage experience either as a Business Process Solutions Supervisor or Manager is strongly preferred
