Serco is seeking an Information Technology Intern to join its Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC) team. The intern will assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of networks and operating systems while learning cybersecurity test procedures and supporting system administration and customer support.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of networks, operating systems and associated software
Learn comprehensive cybersecurity test procedures
Support various Tier levels of system administration & customer support
Identify and document defects
Collaborate with team members on various projects

Qualification

COMPTIA Security+Cisco Certified Network AssociateNetwork administrationCybersecurity proceduresMicrosoft Office

Required

A High School Diploma and be enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Modeling & Simulation, or Computer Science
COMPTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent cert
A Secret DOD Clearance is required prior to starting
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Able to work onsite in Albuquerque, NM
