Responsibilities
Handle inbound warm leads daily. Consult, build urgency, overcome objections, and close high-value tax resolution cases with precision
Partner with our resolution team to structure settlements that eliminate or drastically reduce client liabilities
Consistently hit and exceed targets, climbing our leaderboard while stacking commissions
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of crushing quotas in high-stakes, phone-based sales (2+ years required; experience in tax relief, debt settlement, mortgage, or similar is a massive advantage)
Mastery of CRM systems and fast-paced inside sales environments
Natural command on the phone: Sharp listening skills, unshakeable confidence, and the ability to turn resistance into commitment
Onsite presence in Irvine— this is where the action happens
