Integrated Marketing Manager

Swiftwick is a company that designs, engineers, and manufactures performance socks for endurance athletes. They are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead brand marketing initiatives, manage the marketing calendar, and oversee partnerships while ensuring alignment with the company's brand voice and values.

Responsibilities

Own the company's marketing calendar, in conjunction with our E-commerce Director and Go-to-Market Manager. You will serve as the cross-functional point person that creates the calendar in partnership with our CEO and works with our creative, e-commerce/growth marketing, wholesale, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution for campaigns, promos, and evergreen marketing efforts
Act as a steward of the brand, ensuring all marketing efforts align with our voice, values, and positioning across channels and partners
Own creative briefing and copywriting for all touchpoints across digital (website, email, organic and paid social) and IRL (product packaging, retail partner signage, OOH) working in close partnership with both our Creative Director and Graphic Designer
Familiarity with paid media tactics and creative execution, working in partnership with Director of E-Commerce and Art Director to inform strategy and asset development (offline media, paid social)
Support sales team with retail support needs, including POP, tradeshows, and retail events
Partner with the Swiftwick management team to support and execute brand marketing and communications strategy across organic social, influencer marketing, and partnerships
Help define and track success for brand marketing and communications initiatives, emphasizing measurement and clear business impact across channels
Own and maintain the content and marketing calendar, collaborating with and overseeing the Brand Marketing & Content Specialist to brainstorm and plan content, and overseeing execution across organic social, editorial, email, and SMS
Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners (brands, ambassadors, retailers, vendors), driving the execution and project management of brand collaborations and special projects

Demonstrated background of bridging company business goals and daily marketing execution through defined channel KPIs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders
Working knowledge of adjacent brand marketing functions, including creative production, paid social, automated email flows, and retail merchandising
Demonstrated ability to think critically, learn quickly, and adapt as priorities evolve
A balanced skillset of strategic thinking and tactical execution
Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, with increasing scope and responsibilities
Functional experience in brand, integrated, or product marketing at a consumer brand

Preferred

Bachelor's degree a plus but not required with the relevant professional experience
Prior startup experience a plus
