Paid Social Specialist - Execution & Reporting (Contract - Remote)

The Paid Social Specialist is responsible for the execution, optimization, and performance reporting of paid social campaigns across major platforms, ensuring continuity of campaign delivery and alignment with media plans and performance targets.

Responsibilities
Execute paid social campaign projects across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Snapchat
Configure campaign projects in accordance with approved media plans, budgets, and objectives
Implement standard campaign components including targeting parameters, creative formats, tracking configurations, and QA validation
Manage optimization activities such as budget pacing, creative rotation, audience refinements, and frequency monitoring to support performance goals
Identify and resolve delivery, tracking, or platform-related issues as needed to maintain campaign performance
Monitor campaign performance against agreed-upon KPIs
Produce and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports using existing templates and benchmarks
Compile and validate data from platform dashboards, GA4, and Excel / Looker Studio
Surface performance trends, risks, or anomalies to key stakeholders in a timely manner
Coordinate with internal media stakeholders to ensure alignment during the coverage period
Participate in knowledge transfer at the start and conclusion of the engagement
Maintain documentation of campaign status, key insights, and open items to support transition at the end of the contract
Partner closely with the Media Team to ensure smooth coverage
Follow documented processes and existing optimization frameworks
Participate in a structured handoff at the start and end of the coverage period
Document key learnings, status, and open items toward the end of the contract
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of hands-on paid social execution experience
Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager
Comfort managing live budgets and pacing
Proven reporting accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Familiarity with GA4 and campaign tracking fundamentals
Ability to ramp quickly and work independently
