Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive program management support to ensure efficiencies and integration across all task orders of a TSA specific Security Training IDIQ contract
Serve as the primary single point of contact (POC) to interface with the Government and key program stakeholders
Deliver an integrated approach to effectively support nationwide program operations and logistics, including planning, scheduling, and personnel deployment
Qualification
Required
10 years of practical experience including at least 2 years of experience in managing a major program
Extensive Experience with management of large-scale Federal IDIQ contracts, specifically within training and/or security sectors
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting TSA training and/or security requirements
Master's Degree in a related area
PMP Certification
Secret Clearance
Preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage nationwide distribution networks and complex logistics for training materials and aids
Background in managing programs involving firearms training, law enforcement training, or threat mitigation imaging
Familiarity and understanding of key Training concepts and models, to include the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model or Kirkpatrick Four-Level Evaluation Model for curriculum development
