They are seeking a Spirit Shop Production Associate to support the daily production, packing, and fulfillment of online Spirit Shop orders in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities
Accurately pick, sort, and prepare Spirit Shop orders for production and shipment
Verify order details including styles, sizes, colors, quantities, and personalization
Assist with packaging, labeling, and staging orders for shipment
Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet Headlines standards
Maintain clean, organized workstations and production areas
Follow established production workflows and deadlines
Communicate clearly with Spirit Shop, Production, and Purchasing teams regarding order issues or discrepancies
Support peak production periods with efficiency and urgency
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
Comfortable working on your feet and moving throughout the day
Weekday availability required
Preferred
Previous production, fulfillment, warehouse, or retail operations experience is a plus
Basic computer or order-system experience preferred (training provided)
