Responsibilities
Manage graphics scope for museum and exhibit projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and execution
Prepare purchase requisitions for subcontractors and materials as required
Coordinate and manage submittals such as color palettes, samples, mockups, and prototypes
Review, mark up, and interpret fabrication detail drawings and supporting technical specifications
Initiate work order kick-off meetings and coordinate activities with internal departments
Track graphic production internally and with subcontractors on a daily basis
Maintain a detailed Master Matrix in Excel to monitor proofing stages, production status, shipping, and installation
Ensure adherence to quality standards and perform final inspections of graphics upon delivery
Provide ongoing support to the Graphics team, Art Department, and Exhibit Project Managers
Participate in internal and client meetings; capture and distribute meeting minutes
Initiate, document, and process change orders as required
Qualification
Required
Strong project management experience, preferably in graphics, exhibits, museums, or fabrication environments
Proficiency with Excel for detailed tracking and reporting
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication details
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Experience working with subcontractors and cross-functional internal teams
Attention to detail with a focus on quality control and deadlines
