Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain React Native mobile applications for healthcare platforms
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices using Java & Spring Boot
Develop secure, scalable, and efficient backend logic and data workflows
Work with GCP services (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Firestore, Cloud Run, etc.)
Implement and maintain HL7 and FHIR integrations for interoperability
Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams using React.js and Node.js
Design and manage NoSQL databases, primarily MongoDB
Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code across the stack
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and performance optimization
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy, and security standards in healthcare systems

Required

4–8+ years of hands-on experience with React Native (iOS & Android)
Strong experience with Java & Spring Boot for backend services
Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Strong proficiency with React.js, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript
Solid understanding of MongoDB and NoSQL data modeling
Proven experience with HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, and healthcare data integrations
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing & DevOps workflows
Strong exposure to Healthcare IT, EHR/EMR systems, clinical workflows, or payer/provider platforms
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and secure handling of PHI
