Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Handle transactions with customers in person or via the phone, email, and online in an accurate, professional and efficient manner reflective of our vision, core values, and team guidelines and our ability to provide a superior customer experience
Refer customers to other departments in the bank by looking for opportunities to cross-sell and recognizing customer needs and corresponding solutions
Balance draw on a daily basis, complete required compliance trainings, order supplies, and assist with miscellaneous internal projects
Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to handle transactions with customers in person or via the phone, email, and online in an accurate, professional and efficient manner
Ability to provide a superior customer experience
Ability to refer customers to other departments in the bank by looking for opportunities to cross-sell and recognizing customer needs and corresponding solutions
Ability to balance draw on a daily basis
Ability to complete required compliance trainings
Ability to order supplies
Ability to assist with miscellaneous internal projects
Eligibility to work in the United States
Verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire
