Responsibilities
Support clinical, operational, and lean‑management analytics, including measure development, reporting requirements, and project tracking
Recommend and apply appropriate analytical and statistical tools to evaluate clinical performance and outcomes
Lead and manage small to mid‑sized operational or improvement projects, overseeing workflows, timelines, communications, and deliverables
Develop standardized reports and dashboards to support strategic planning, business initiatives, and performance monitoring; maintain strong organization, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Qualification
Required
Graduate with an Associate's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, engineering, public health or related field
Advanced experience in MS office & use of related software required
Preferred
Bachelor's Preferred
Prior experience in EPIC, Budgeting, Tableau, Power BI, Shift wizard or ANSOS strongly preferred
