Responsibilities
Oversee daily spa operations with a focus on efficiency, service quality, and team performance
Lead front desk operations (checking clients in/out, managing patient records, and answering phones) to ensure a seamless guest experience
Deliver and reinforce 'white-glove' service, ensuring every client feels prioritized and valued
Drive profitability by monitoring KPIs, optimizing schedules, and reducing operational inefficiencies
Provide calm, consistent leadership; keep the team aligned, motivated, and accountable to brand standards
Communicate clearly and consistently with senior leadership regarding all aspects of operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years in a leadership role (supervisory or managerial) within a medical spa, luxury retail, hospitality, or a similar high-touch environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) or practice management systems is a plus
