Responsibilities
Lead day to day activities within the Procure to Pay cycle, including coordination with procurement and vendor management functions
Oversee period end close activities: journal approvals, accruals, reconciliations, analysis, and reporting
Manage vendor issue resolution and monitor dispute trends
Implement and enhance internal controls, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Develop and monitor KPIs related to working capital, payment terms, and processing efficiency
Manage performance of offshore resources, ensuring service levels and quality standards are met
Partner with internal/external auditors and continuously improve accounting processes
Lead special projects across Accounting and cross functional teams
Recruit, coach, and develop team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of accounting or finance experience, including 3+ years leading teams
Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle P2P experience a plus)
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large, complex data sets
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
Preferred
MBA or CPA
Experience managing offshore resources strongly preferred
