Responsibilities

Sales and revenue generation: Prospect for new business clients, manage the full sales cycle, and close deals to meet sales and revenue goals

Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to resolve issues, drive satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services

Solution development: Understand client business needs and tailor telecom solutions, which can include internet, voice, and other ancillary services, to meet those needs

Lead generation: Develop and execute a territory plan to find new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other prospecting tactics

Market and product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest telecom products, services, and industry trends to effectively position solutions against competitors

Sales operations: Manage the sales funnel, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and provide sales activity reports and forecasts

Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as technical specialists and sales support, to deliver and implement solutions for clients

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

A valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record

Ability to travel to and from assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle, including during inclement weather

Familiarity with computer operating systems, software applications, and communication devices

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to maximize customer contact

Strong English language comprehension (spoken and written)

Preferred

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
