Property Administrator
CBIZ Talent Solutions is partnering with a respected client in Monmouth County, NJ, to find a proactive Property Administrator. This role involves supporting operational, administrative, and basic accounting functions for a residential real estate portfolio, including communication with tenants and vendors, record maintenance, and financial transaction support.
Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries and requests
Onboard new tenants and maintain up-to-date property and tenant records
Coordinate maintenance and utility services with external vendors
Assist with the setup, administration, and optimization of our property management system (Re-Leased)
Process invoices, track expenses, and support bill payments
Help maintain organized financial and operational records for reporting and audits
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years' experience in property administration, operations, or accounting support
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with financial data and property management systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
