Responsibilities
Calibrate Mechanical test equipment (calipers, micrometers, pressure gauges, thermocouples, thread plugs, plain plugs, thread rings, plain rings, depth indicators, torque, and other related equipment)
Calibrate primary, secondary, and working standards
Generate calibration reports and certificates, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025
Perform regular inspections and troubleshooting of equipment
Collaborate with engineering teams on calibration procedures and improvements
Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols
Assist with audits by providing technical guidance and expertise
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3 years of experience in calibration work is required
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free work
Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively
Outstanding communication skills for effective team interaction and client collaboration
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferred
Experience and familiarity with ISO standards are preferred
A background in DOD, PMEL, or military calibration is preferred
Proficiency with equipment such as a Supermicrometer, Labmaster Universal, or similar tools is a plus
