$50K/yr - $75K/yrSteelhead Technologies is building a platform to support manufacturing job shops. As a Deployment Specialist, you will act as a bridge between Steelhead’s technology and customer success, providing training and support during the deployment of the Steelhead platform.

Responsibilities
Support the Customer Success Organization (deployment, customer support, and customer outcomes) in all capacities, largely comprising of configuration and training (internal and external) tasks
Assist and train customers in their deployment of the Steelhead software
Travel to customer locations to support the Customer Success organization
Consistently pursue continuous improvement opportunities in the deployment process, tools, cross functional collaboration, customer training, etc
Respond to customer phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly; provide critical knowledge and technical support
Build relationships with customer contacts to create advocates of Steelhead. Generate trust and credibility at multiple levels in existing accounts
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, on-site team environment
Curiosity is key, we are a customer obsessed organization
Strong work ethic, coachable, motivated, and resilient—thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30-50%
Preferred
Experience in the manufacturing or software industry is a plus but not required
