Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of Personal Injury matters from intake through resolution
Handle pre-litigation and/or litigation files (based on experience)
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
Conduct depositions, mediations, and negotiations with insurance carriers
Work closely with clients, experts, and internal support staff
Maintain high-quality client communication and case strategy
Qualification
Required
Active Florida Bar license (required)
Strong understanding of Florida PI law and procedures
Experience handling cases independently
Excellent writing, negotiation, and client-facing skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
2+ years of Plaintiff-side Personal Injury experience preferred
Litigation experience is a plus (not mandatory for all roles)
