Technical Program Management Intern
Amperesand is disrupting industrial power with innovative Solid State Transformer systems. The Technical Program Management Intern will support complex hardware development programs from early design through build, test, and delivery, working closely with various teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of hardware development programs across cross-functional design teams
Build and maintain program schedules, milestones, and dependency maps (design releases, builds, testing, sourcing)
Track risks, issues, and mitigation plans, escalating as needed
Support design reviews, phase-exit reviews, and executive-level summaries
Coordinate action items from technical meetings and ensure timely follow-through
Assist with documentation and tracking in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
Partner with engineers to understand technical tradeoffs and their impact on schedules and delivery
Gain hands-on exposure to hardware builds, testing, and supplier coordination
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following: Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Industrial, or related), Engineering Management, Operations or a related technical field
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Comfortable working with technical teams and quickly learning new or unfamiliar concepts
Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Curious, proactive, and ownership-driven, with a willingness to ask thoughtful questions
